Good. Out-of-the-way until you need it.

Nice execution. But just nice. Here’s some problems:

This should offer manual resizing of window via corner-dragging instead of the convoluted custom sizing interface in preferences.
Right-clicking on the menu icon should cause a menu for quit and prefs.
Bug: Trying to assign a shortcut key using CMD+Ctrl+Alt throws up a message box before you can even choose a letter, yelling at you about Ctrl-A being reserved. Who’s hitting A? Not me….

Anyway, money well spent. Good job, but spend a few more hours making it great.
